Why Sports and Physical Education?

We want to help stem the growth of childhood obesity, which is becoming an epidemic. Secondly, athletics are where children learn about teamwork, goal setting, and dedication to achieve excellence. Physical Education can teach children to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be physically active for a lifetime.
